We’re looking for a Business Coach to collaborate with our small, upbeat team of marketers, designers, and sales leadership to help grow local businesses.  This position is responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with a variety of businesses to develop integrated marketing solutions to best match their needs.

 

Job Requirements:

• Must be willing to take ownership of your own success and performance

• Must be positive, upbeat, and have a sense of humor

• Have a high level of organization and attention to detail

• Motivated and driven to meet deadlines

• Strong writing and research skills

• Excellent communication skills

• Proven ability to multi-task daily

• Willingness to accept training and coaching to prospect for new business daily by phone, street and email contact

• Proactive approach and dedication for the stewardship of businesses in your community and the marketing area you serve
